I voted early and had no problems!
I voted last week! I used a touch screen voting machine. It took a little getting used to but it worked just fine. Every one should vote!!!
It took me 3.5 hours in Arlington, VA, but I voted on Saturday! Felt great to vote for my candidate, and I couldn’t have been prouder to witness the long lines. It’s one line that I didn’t mind waiting in.
Living in Oregon made voting easy, 3.5 minutes, instead of 3.5 hours as noted above by Brad. We are phone banking to remind ALL to vote. Democracy requires action by all of us—it is not a sit in your rocking chair and watch others activity.
As a nurse educator, I also have continued to remind all my nursing students to vote, as they will be the next generation of nurse leaders.
I voted early, two Saturdays ago and was in & out in 10 minutes. It felt real good to do this.
I feel glad to find your site. Watched Michael Moore’s “Sicko” a couple weeks ago and learned some powerful facts that bolster single pay
(Universal) health insurance to happen here.
I voted 2 weeks back, in Tennessee, and the bonus was using a paper ballot. Had I waited, it would have been a touch-screen machine with no receipt which I do not trust. No long lines. It took a total of 15 minutes. I showed my registration card and signed in on a clipboard. It was easier than it’s ever been. Here’s hoping that all of our votes count, no matter who we selected.
